摘 要:目的研究Bcl-2和p53基因蛋白在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用价值。方法用免疫组化的方法分别检测炎症组、非典型增生组、癌变组的肝组织Bcl-2和p53蛋白的阳性表达情况。结果p53蛋白在非典型增生组开始表达(58.3%),与癌变组的阳性表达率(69.7%)无显著差异(P>0.05);Bcl-2蛋白在炎症组低表达(12.5%),在癌变组高表达(57.6%),两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);并且两种蛋白的阳性程度随病变的恶性程度逐渐增加。结论Bcl-2和p53基因在原发性肝癌诊断中有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of Bcl-2 and p53 in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods Ihe expression of Bcl-2 and p53 mRNA in the liver tissue was detected in the inflammation group, atypical hyperplasia group and carcinorna group by using immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of p53 was found in the latter 2 groups. The positive rate of atypical hyperplasia group was 58. 3 %, while the positive rate of carcinoma group was 69. 7 %. However, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P〉 0.05). High expression (57. 6 % ) of Bcl-2 was found in the carcinoma group and its low expression was seen in the inflammation group(12. 5%). There was magnificent difference between the 2 groups(P 〈0. 05). And the positive expression rate of Bcl-2 and p53 increased with the progression of maligancy. Conclusion Bcl-2 and p53 were of great importance to diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
