电针丘墟穴治疗偏头痛的多中心随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针丘墟穴治疗偏头痛的疗效,为《中华人民共和国针灸穴典》提供丘墟穴主治偏头痛的临床研究资料。方法3家三级甲等医院同时按照任务书的要求分别进行临床观察,以天枢穴为对照组,按照就诊的先后顺序查随机数字表进行分组,治疗组和对照组均采用电针方法,观察两组治疗前后偏头痛各项症状指标和5-羟色胺。结果3所医院合并的两组患者视觉模拟标尺法评分差值差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。3个临床中心和合并的两组患者4周疗效差异均有显著性意义,治疗组效果好。第一、第三临床中心和合并的两组患者3个月疗效差异均有显著性意义,治疗组效果较好。第二临床中心的两组患者3个月疗效差异无显著性意义。3个临床中心和合并的两组患者6个月疗效差异有显著性意义,治疗组效果较好。结论电针丘墟穴治疗偏头痛是一种有效的方法。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture with electric stimulation at Qiuxu （GB 40） for migraine to provide the data of clinical study for Acupoints＇ Dictionary of the People＇s Republic of China. Methods Three hospitals of A degree of Ⅲ level observed the patients at the same time respectively according to the request of TASK. Tianshu （ST 25） was used as the control group. Based on the order of their first visit, the patients were randomized into groups according to the table of random number. The electric stimulation was used in both treated and control groups. The indices of clinical symptoms and 5-HT before and after treatment of two groups were observed. Results The VAS difference of two jointed groups of three hospitals was significant （P〈0. 01）. The difference of 4-week＇s therapeutic effect of three clinical centres and two jointed groups was significant, the effect of treated group being better. The difference of 3-month＇s therapeutic effect of the first and the third clinical centers and two jointed groups was significant, the effect of treated group being better. The difference of 3-month＇s therapeutic effect of two groups of the second clinical center was not significant. The difference of 6-month＇s therapeutic effect of three clinical centers and two jointed groups was significant, the effect of treated group being better. Conclusion Electric acupuncture at Qiuxu （GB 40） for migraine was an effective therapy.
