摘　　要：21世纪,社会、经济的快速发展,使得体育专业人才的需求发生了新的变化。同时对体育专业人才培养的目标也有了更高的要求。为了适应这一目标,提出了以下的具体措施:确立培养目标、调整课程结构、提高教师的综合素质、加强教材建设、扩大研究生教育等。In the 21st century,the fast development of the society and economy makes the demand of the qualified personnel of sports change newly too.According to these changes, the goal with specialized sports is to train the high - quality, strong ability and compounding type to meet social development demand.This text plans to put forward the following concrete measures in order to realize this goal： Establish train objective, adjust course structure, raise overall qualifies of teacher, strengthen teaching material build, expand graduate education and so on.
