摘 要:用广角X射线衍射研究了微波连续辐照不同时间的PET/PEN共混物的结晶行为,用偏光显微镜观察了PET/PEN共混物在微波辐照下晶体形态。结果表明,微波辐照对PET/PEN共混物的结晶行为有显著的影响,促进了PET/PEN共混物进一步结晶,明显地提高PET/PEN共混物的结晶度,对90/10、60/40的PET/PEN共混物,微波辐照4min,结晶度分别可提高到45%和36%,但并不是微波辐照的时间越长样品的结晶度越高,当辐照时间大于4min后,结晶度呈下降趋势。微波辐照下,PET/PEN共混物仍然形成球晶,并且随着辐照时间的增加晶粒数目增多。The crystallization behavior and morphology of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/poly (ethylene-2,6-naphthalate) (PEN) blends before and after microwave irradiation have been investigated using wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and polarized light microscopy (PLM). It showed that microwave irradiation could significantly enhance the degree of crystallinity of PET/PEN blends. For PET/PEN blends (90/10 and 60/40), when irradiation time was 4 min, the degree of crystallinity was increased from 15 % to 45 %, and from 1% to 36 %, respectively. However, when the irradiation time was longer than 4 min, the degree of crystallinity began to decrease. Under the action of microwave irradiation, the crystal morphology of PET/PEN blends remained to be spherulites, whose number increased with increasing irradiation time.
