摘　　要：β-连环蛋白是一种胞浆内的多功能蛋白质,具有介导细胞黏附和在Wnt信号传导途径中起重要作用的双重功能。在牙齿发育、涎腺肿瘤的发生中具有十分重要作用,本文就其一般生物学特性及其在口腔医学中的研究现况作一综述。β -catenin is a muhifunctional protein in the kytoplasm, playing very important role in mediating cell adhesion and Wnt signal transduction,especially in the tooth development and the salivary tumor. A review of bionomics of β - catenin and the progress of the research on β- catenin in stomatology is presented in this paper,
