老年抑郁状态与日常生活能力的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年抑郁状态与日常生活能力的关系。方法按整群抽样法随机抽取本市老年人313例,采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)和老年抑郁量表(GDS)调查研究分析其抑郁状态与日常生活能力的相关关系。结果日常生活能力正常组和异常组间GDS值差异显著;GDS值与ADL中的IADL值呈显著相关(偏相关系数Ry21为0.1699,P=0.002)。结论日常生活能力对老年人的抑郁状态有显著影响;老年抑郁状态与独居生活能力的关系更为密切。Objective To study the relationship between the depressive state and ADL function of the elderly. Methods 313 eldlys in our city were randomly samplecl by cluster sampling and were assesed by ADL and GDS questionnaire for the relationship between their depression and ADL function. Results There were significant differences in GDS scores between the normal ADL function group anti the abnormal group. GDS scores were significantly correlated to the IADL scores （the partial correlation coefficient Ry2. 1=0.1699, P=0. 0002）. Conclusion The ADL function, especially the IADL, ftmction, significantly influenced the elderlys＇ depressive state.
