摘　　要：教学计划是高校中人才培养模式的总体设计蓝图,是学校组织教育教学活动的基本依据。树立教学计划优化意识,加强对教学计划优化原则的研究、提高教学计划的质量,是实现人才培养目标的必要保证。本文针对教学计划制定工作中的现象和问题,从教学计划制定的重要性、内涵结构、优化原则三个方面进行理性思考,并提出教学计划制定应注意的几个问题。Teaching plan is the general project of personnel training in colleges and universities, as well as the basis of teaching activities. To reach the target of personnel training, it＇s necessary to acquire the idea of teaching plan optimization, strengthen research on the principles of optimization, and improve the quality of teaching plan. This ardcle made rational consideration regarding the importance, structure and principles of optimization when constituting teaching plan, and brough forward several points that should be noted.
