摘　　要：本文旨在介绍"恶性淋巴上皮病"一名的来源,结合文献报告,分析本病和良性淋巴上皮病的关系。2005年WHO涎腺肿瘤病理分类将"恶性淋巴上皮病"命名为"淋巴上皮癌",作者认为恶性淋巴上皮病与良性淋巴上皮病无关,命名上仍以"伴淋巴样间质的未分化癌"为好。The origin of the name of ＂malignant lymphoepithelial lesion＂ is introduced in this paper. There is no relation between malignant and benign lymphoepithelial lesion. Malignant lymphoepithelial lesion was named as ＂lymphoepithelial carcinoma＂ in the 2005 WHO classification of salivary gland tumors, but the terminology of ＂undifferentiated carcinoma with lymphoid stroma＂ is better from the author＂ s view.
