青少年牙周炎与补体第三组份、备解素因子B遗传多态性的相关性研究

摘　　要：用免疫遗传学方法对57例青少年牙周炎（JP）患者与补体第三组份（C3）及备解素因子B（Bf）遗传多态性的相关性进行研究。结果发现，C3FS表型及C3F等位基因与JP里正相关性，C3SS表型及CS等位基因与JP呈负相关性。而Bf表型及等位基因在JP患者中的分布与正常人相比无显著性差异。提示C3的遗传多态性可能与JP的易感性基因有关联，这一结果可能为JP遗传机制的研究提供参考资料。Using the method of immunologyand genetics, 57 Juvenile periodontitis (JP) patientswere studied to show the association of juvenile periodontitis with genetic polymorphism of the thirdcomponent of the complement and properdin factorB(Bf). This research demonstrated that JP was positively associated with C3FS phenotype and C3 F allele and negatively with C3SS and C3 S allotype. Nosignficant difference in the occurrence of the Bf phenotypes and allele frequencies was found between JPpatients and controls. It was considered that C3 genemight link to JP susceptible gene. The results mightprovide reference data for the study of genetic apparains of JP.
