摘 要:为了给高层建筑加强层设计提供可靠的设计依据,根据伸臂结构的简化模型,应用虚功原理和伸臂与核心筒的变形协调条件得到了求解核心筒约束弯矩和侧移折减系数的计算式.对影响核心筒约束弯矩和侧移折减系数的因素(核心筒刚度与外柱刚度之比α、核心筒线刚度与伸臂线刚度之比β和高层建筑沿高度截面的变化等)进行了分析,结合工程分析结果对高层建筑加强层设计提出了参考意见.In order to provide reliable reference for the design of strengthened storey in high-rise buildings, this paper presents a reduction coefficient equation of the horizontal top deflection based on a simplified outrigger model. The virtual work principle as well as the deformation compatibility conditions between outriggers and core wall are also considered. The influencing factors of the restraining moments of outriggers and reduc- tion coefficient of the horizontal top deflection such as the core-to-column rigidities a, core-to-outrigger rigidi- ties β and variation of cross-section of frame-core are analyzed. Some conclusions and case study are presented to be as reference for the strengthened storey design of high-rise buildings structures.
