摘  要:目的观察脑出血患者脑血肿液中甘露醇含量的变化。方法60例脑出血患者,用紫外分光光度计测定血清及脑血肿液中甘露醇含量。结果(1)正常人血清中甘露醇8 h排出96%;(2)脑血肿液中甘露醇含量逐日增加,第5天达1 289μg/mL;(3)脑脊液中甘露醇排出缓慢,停止输入甘露醇21 d后,仍残留226.1μg/mL。结论静脉滴入甘露醇时,脑血肿液中甘露醇含量逐日增加,脑脊液中甘露醇亦相应增加。甘露醇可通过血脑屏障进入脑脊液中,脑出血患者甘露醇输入不宜超过5 d。Objective To observe the changes in mannitol content in hematoma fluid of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ultraviolet spectrometer was applied to determine mannitol content in serum and hematoma fluid of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Results (1) Mannitol (96%) was excreted in serum of normal individuals 8 h later after intravenous drip of mannitol; (2) Mannitol content in hematoma fluid increased day by day, to 1289μg/mL until the 5^th day; (3) Mannitol was excreted slowly in cerebrospinal fluid and 226.1μg/mL remained after intravenous input of mannitol had been terminated for 21 d. Conclusion The content of mannitol in hematoma fluid of intracerebral hemorrhage increased day by day when mannitol was dripped into the vein. The content of mannitol in cerebrospinal fluid increased accordingly.Mannitol may enter cerebrospinal fluid through blood-brain barrier. Mannitol input for patients with cerebral hemorrhage should not exceed 5 d.
