摘　　要：目的:探讨胃黏膜下肿瘤的超声诊断临床价值。方法:通过口服"胃B超快速显像液"充盈胃腔,超声检查结果与手术病理结果对照。结果:胃黏膜下肿瘤超声检查经手术病理确诊符合率为47%,11例胃平滑肌瘤确诊率72.7%。结论:应用超声检查胃黏膜下肿瘤有较高的临床价值,值得进一步研究和推广应用。Objective：To study the clinical value of the ultrasound diagnosis to the tumor under the stomach mucous mem- brane. Methods：Full the stomach by drinking “FAST DEVELOPLING LIQUID WITH GASTRAL B TYPE ULTRASONIC APPARA- TUS” to contrast the result by ultrasound exam with the pathology after operation. Results： The tumor under the stomach mucous mem- brane checked out by ultrasound accord with the truths by the pathology after operations is 47% ,and the stomach smooth muscle tumor checked out by ultrasound in llcases is 72.7% conformed to the truth. Conclusions： There is higher clinical value in dignosing the tumor under the stomach mucous membrane by ultrasound exam. It is worth to be stuied and to be widely used.
