摘 要:目的建立正畸微螺钉种植体动物实验模型,通过种植体周围软组织组织学观察,反映不同力值对种植体周围软组织的影响,评价种植体的稳定性。方法全麻下狗上颌骨植入微螺钉种植体,按不同力值将微螺钉种植体分为4组,即刻加力2月后,透射电镜下观察各组种植体周围软组织的形态学变化,研究不同力值对种植体周围软组织的影响。结果各组均可观察到种植体周围软组织上有半桥粒形成,随着力值增加,胞浆内核糖体,分泌性小囊泡数量增加,张力细丝减少。结论加力力值增加将影响正畸微螺钉种植体周围软组织形成有效的生物封闭屏障作用,影响种植体的稳定性。Objective To establish the animal experiment model of orthodontic microimplant, histologically observe peri-implant tissue, evaluate the effect of different force, study the stability of microimplant. Methods Mieroimplant was inserted into the maxilla of the experimental dogs under anaesthesia. Divided all the subjects into 4 groups according to the force level. Load force immediately and last for 2 months. The changes appearing on peri-implant tissue were observed histologically. Results Hemidesmosome can be observed on peri-implant tissue in each group. With the increase of force, the amount of the rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER), Golgi body and secrete vesicle in the cell raised, rete pegs in the junctional epithelium near the interface increased, and the tonofilament decreased. Conclusion Different force will influence the effect of the biological seal barrier between microimplant and soft-tissue and influence the stability of microimplant.
