摘　　要：发达地区"地改市"后经济总量依然落后于发达地区,其本质是区域内经济发展的动力和活力不足,专业市场是其重要的活动因子,研究欠发达地区"地改市"后专业市场建设问题,必须研究其建设动因机制和难点所在。The economic gross after changing district into city in the undeveloped regions are still lagged behing the developed regions, as in essence is the lack of the power and energy of economic development, in which specialty market is an important factor. While studying the construction of specialty market after changing district into city in undeveloped region, the focus should be placed on the power mechanism and difficulties.
