摘　　要：首先对监控技术的发展过程做了简单的总结,然后介绍了人脸识别技术的研究方向、应用领域及技术优势,并针对人脸识别技术在视频监控系统中应用的架构、关键技术和算法做了有益的探讨,特别对"矫正有旋转角度的人脸图像技术做了较为详尽的表述,最后得出结论,人脸识别技术可以应用于监控系统中。而基于人脸识别技术的智能视频监控系统应该具有十分广泛的应用前景。This text makes a simple summary in the evolution of video monitoring technology at first, then introduces research direction, the application and technological advantage of face recognition technology, and the framework, key technology and algorithm applied in video monitoring system to face recognition technology have done the beneficial discussion, especially to ＂correct have rotatory people face picture of angle＂ technology, it makes to be comparatively exhaustive statement, the conclusion must happen finally, people＇s face recognition technology can be applied to the monitoring system, and the intelligent video monitoring system based on face recognition technology should have very extensive application prospects.
