摘  要:观察脉冲强磁场对小鼠Louis肺癌生长的抑制作用。方法:取雄性昆明小鼠60只,于后肢皮下接种肺癌瘤株液0.2ml(含瘤细胞2×10 ̄6个)。将实验组小鼠的肿瘤部分置于峰值为8T的强磁场中,接受100次脉冲治疗,对照组不作任何治疗,分别观察各时相的组织形态学变化,并对抑瘤曲线和抑瘤率进行分析。结果:对照组与实验组的组织形态学改变明显不同,其他各项观测指标经统计学处理实验组与对照组差异有显著性。而脉冲强磁场对小鼠正常组织器官无副损伤。结论:脉冲强磁场具有对肿瘤杀灭和抑制作用。Objective , The purpose of this experiment was to study the killed effect of strong impulse magnetic field for Louis lung cancer in mice. Methods , The hind extremities of 60 male Kunming mice were injected with the 0. 2ml solution(including 2 ×10 ̄6 concer cells)in subdermic tissue. The tumor sites of ex- perimental mice were placed to strong magnetic field with 8T for 100 times. The control group were not any treatent. Then , the histomorphological change , suppressive curve and suppressive rate for lung cancer were respectively anslysed. Results : The histomorphological change , suppressive curve and suppressive rate in experimental group were quite different from those of control group. There was statistically differernce. Whereas , this magnetic field hadn't injuried the normal tissues and organs.Conclusion:It is suggested that the strong impulse magnetic field has a killed or inhibited effects for lung cancer.
