业务集中度与企业绩效关系的实证研究

摘　　要：业务集中度反映的是企业配置资源集中与分散的程度,体现在经营模式上就是专业化与多元化的不同趋向。研究业务集中度与企业绩效之间的关系能够为企业的资源配置决策提供理论支持,为业务运营的改进提供参考。本文首先归纳了业务集中度的内涵,接下来以中国制造业上市公司6年的数据为样本进行实证分析,最后给出了研究结论和建议。Business concentrative degree reflects the concentrative and dispersing degree of the distribution of enterprise＇s resources, as well as the diversification or specialization tendency of the operation mode. Studying the relationship between business concentrative degree and enterprise＇s performance has a great practical significance, such as supporting enterprise＇s decision making in resources distribution, and providing a reference to improve the business operation. This article firstly summarizes the concept and related theories of business concentrative degree, and then makes an empirical research with the sample of the six years＇ data of the listed companies of China manufacturing industry, and puts forwards the research conclusion and suggestions at last.
