280名“性服务”女性STD感染率分析

摘　　要：[目的]为了解性传播性疾病(STD)在服务场所"性服务者"中的分布情况和流行规律,为更好开展性病防治工作提供依据。[方法]对某市区按摩浴足室、发廊、酒巴、宾馆等服务场所"性服务"的女性采用填表、妇科检查、分泌物涂片、培养、血清HIV、梅毒、淋球菌、衣原体、支原体检测等方式方法进行STD调查。[结果]280名"性服务"女性中,有209人感染性病,感染率为74.64%,其中梅毒感染率17.14%、淋球菌9.29%、衣原体11.79%、支原体45.71%、滴虫感染4.64%、尖锐湿疣17.50%、未检出HIV。[结论]性传播性疾病(STD)在服务场所"性服务者"中的感染情况严重,必须引起全社会高度重视,采取有效措施,加强管理和防治干预。[Objective]To know the distribution and epidemical pattern of STD（sexually transmitted diseases）among the commercial sex workers in the service places and provide scientific basis for better prevention and cure of STD.[Methods]Female sex workers from the massage and feet-bathing centers,barbershops,bars and hotels in some city were surveyed on STD and examined gynaecologically,with their vaginal excretive smears cultured,and serum HIV,syphilis,neisseria gonorrhoeae,chlamydia and mycoplasma detected.[Results]Among the 280 female sex workers,209 workers were infected with sexually transmitted diseases.The infection rate was 74.64%.The infection rate of syphilis was 17.14%,that of neisseria gonorrhoeae,chlamydia,mycoplasma,trichomonand and condyloma acuminatum was 9.29%,11.79%,45.71%,4.64%,and 17.50% respectively.None of them were infected with HIV.[Conclusion]STD infection is very serious in the service places among sex workers,and great attention should be paid to them.It is necessary to take effective measures to strengthen the management,prevention and intervention of STD.
