摘　　要：通过问卷调查,了解在校大学生在学习过程中创新精神培养方面的实际情况,发现部分学生很少对课本和老师提问题;不阅读与课程有关的课外书籍;意志品质差;心态不稳定等问题。分析了用人单位的录用毕业生标准;中国传统的应试教育模式;个人的学习习惯等原因。提出了鼓励学生质疑问难;给学生足够的自我学习的时间;为学生提供自我展示的机会等解决办法。Through questionnaire investigation to inquire into the development of creative spirits in the process of studying among university students, we＇ ve found that few students ask questions about the text books and teachers ; they do little reading reference books related to their major courses ; some of them are weak-willed and out of stable moods, etc. Analyzed the standards of companies employing the graduates and Chinese traditional testing educational model and the reasons of personal studying habits, we put forward many resolving ways： encourage students ask questions, spare enough time for students to learn by themselves and provide them with the opportunities to show themselves, etc.
