摘　　要：加强高校办公室队伍建设是新时期做好办公室工作的重要内容。通过加强政治素质、工作作风、工作能力和建设学习型办公室等研究,来进一步提高办公室队伍的整体素质。In the new epoch strengthening the construction of the contingerts of office workers in higher institutions is an important task for the improvement of office work.It＇s stated that the overall quality of ofice workers can be furthered by improving the political quality,style of work,work ability of the office workers,and building study-oriented offices.
