摘　　要：针对三维脊型光波导模场的偏振相关性,对于不同偏振方向的模场构造满足不同边界连续性条件的差分格式,结合交替方向隐式FD-BPM来处理三维波导问题。得到各阶导模的模传播常数和模场分布。The modes supported by optical waveguide usually have the polarization property （TE mode or TM mode）. The different finite difference schemes correspond to different polarized directions, which satisfy different boundary continual conditions and are formulized. The alternate directions implicit FD -BPM are used to deal with the three dimensional problems. The mode property of a three dimensional rib waveguide ineluding the propagation constants and mode field distribution are obtained.
