摘  要:目的:探讨statins(阿托伐他汀)对不同载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型的轻度认知障碍(MCl)患者认知功能的影响。方法:76例MCI患者按是否携带ApoEε4基因以及是否给予statins分为四组,比较1年前后的血脂水平及MMSE评分。结果:Statins可降低总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。与不携带ApoEε4等位基因(ε4-)者比较,携带者(ε4+)应用statins治疗后血浆LDL水平显著降低(2.36±0.70比3.00±0.75,P<O.05)。与不应用statins者比较,应用statins可使ε4+患者的MMSE评分维持稳定(25.81±1.37比24.22±1.72,P<0.05)。结论:Statins可延缓ApoEε4+MCI患者的认知减退情况。Objective: To assessed the effect of atorfastatin on cognition in mild cognitive impairment(MCI) with different apolipoprotein E genotypes. Methods: According to the apolipoprotein Eε4 carrier and usage of atorfastatin, seventy- six MCI patients were classified into 4 groups: ε4+/statins+, ε4+/statins-,ε4-/statins+and ε4-/statins-group. Plasma lipid levels and MMSE scores of each group were measured and compared in the beginning and one year later. Results. At the end point, blood plasma total choesterol and Iow density lipoprotein (LDL) levels were decreased by statins therapy. Compared with those without ε4 allele, blood plasma LDL levels were significantly decreased in those with ε4 allele through statins treatment (2.36±0.70 vs 3.03±0.75, P〈0.05) . Statins therapy could stabilize the MMSE scores of MCI patients with ε4 allele (25.81± 1.37 vs 24.22 ±1.72, P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion. The results indicate that cognition of MCI patients with ApoE ε4 allele was stabilized through statins treatment.
