摘 要:目的建立一种不开颅的光化学诱导兔脑皮层梗死模型,以期为脑梗死疾病提供更为为仿真的实验研究手段。方法兔30只,制备去除外板和板障而保留内板、直径为5 mm的颅骨骨洞,耳缘静脉注射荧光剂后应用LG-150B冷光源照射骨洞处30 min,24 h后进行5分制临床评价,48 h后处死取脑,常规病理切片。结果模型制作成功率96.3%,病理切片显示梗死灶典型,可见组织片状坏死。结论此模型建立方法方便可行,损伤小,维持了模型动物颅内环境的稳定,能更好地体现临床上脑梗死疾病的真实情况。Objective To establish an animal model of focal cerebral cortical infarction in rabbits induced by photochemical method without eranieetomy, intending to provide more simulated experimental research technique for the study of cerebral infarction diseases. Methods A skull hole ( d = 5 mm) was made in 30 rabbits with outer plate and diploe removed, only inner plate maintained. Photosensitive agent was injected via the ear-edge vein and light from the LG-150B cold light source was east onto the skull hole for 30 min. The clinical performance was evaluated 24 h after model establishment. The rabbits were killed after 48 h and the brain tissues were cut into sections. Results Successful reproducible rate of the model was 96.3%. Pathological analysis showed that typical cerebral infarction was observed with lamellar necrotic tissue. Conclusion This mode/is conveniently established and proved to be valid. It causes less injury to the tested animals so that the inner skull environment is comparably stable, which makes a much better representative model for real cerebral infarction situation.
