摘 要:目的研究大鼠肝卵圆细胞的可塑性。方法用大鼠肝卵圆细胞系LE/6细胞种植于25只裸鼠皮下,观察有无新生物生长,新生物石蜡切片后通过苏木素-伊红(HE)染色初步鉴定其性质。结果15只(60%)裸鼠皮下种植肝卵圆细胞后,肝卵圆细胞转分化为间叶组织瘤。结论肝卵圆细胞具有向间叶组织分化的能力。Objective To study the plasticity of hepatic oval cells (HOC). Methods A rat HOC line (termed LE/6) which was identified by immunofluorescence was implanted subcutaneously into 25 nude mice and possible neoplastic changes were observed. HOCs trans-differentiated into tumor cells. The properties of the tumor was investigated by HE staining. Results After 4 weeks, HOCs trans-differentiated into tumor of mesenchymal origin in 15 (60%) of nude mice implanted with HOCs. Conclusion HOCs have potentials to differentiate into tumor of mesenchymal tissue.
