兔胆总管扩张过程中胆管壁组织结构变化的动态观察及计量分析  被引量:2

摘  要:通过建立免胆总管(CBD)狭窄扩张感染模型,动态的观察了其CBD的组织构筑变化,并对其主要的组织成分进行了定量分析。结果提示:①兔CBD上皮具有较强的修复功能,为防止胆管的进一步受损有十分重要的意义;②兔CBD内的平滑肌具有收缩功能的组织学基础,且在慢性扩张过程中有增生趋势;③纤维组织成分在慢性扩张过程中,未出现断裂变性,其构成比亦未发生明显变化,保持了其形态及结构上的完整性。认为这种慢性扩张过程中的CBD是一种组织结构逐渐代偿的结果,当CBD远端梗阻解除后,应该有良好的复旧能力。Histological studies and morphometry quantitative analysis have been per formed on trialrabbit's di1ated common bile duct (CBD),which does not dilate simultaneously. The results shows: Epithelia of rabbit' S CBD have a stronger reparable function,which is fairly significant to the preventionof bile duct's further injure under the pathogenic situation. The smooth muscle cell(SMC)of the CBDis the histological basis of contraction,some SMC can be seen in contracting state under light micro-scope. This indicates that the SMC in rabbit' S CBD possess contracting function. The collagenous andelastic fibers have the normal histological morphometric characteristics and quantity in it's dilatationprocess,and no breekdown and degeneration of the fibers can be detected. Because of the morphologicalstructure of these sections is quite similiar with normal ones,theoretically,we suspect that when patho-logical change of bile duct's distal portion is relieved and the bile pressure is normal again. It is possiblefor this dilating bile duct to return to its formal shape and size.
