摘　　要：文章从西藏地区实现藏文文献信息资源共建共享中存在的问题和基本要素,即目前藏文信息化数据库建设条件、建设状况、人们的观念与管理方式、体制和法律保障四个方面剖析了制定机制时所存在的问题,并深入分析和探讨了藏文信息资源共享可行性研究的基本要素和六大机制问题,从而探索实现藏文文献信息资源整合和共享的有效途径。The paper analyzes on some problems and basic elements of realizing Tibetan literature information resource sharing system in the age of internet, that is, by analyzing the construction condition of the database, the construction situation, the concept and management style, the system and law to state the problems for setting up the system, and further discussing the basic elements and six systems to study the effective ways of realizing Tibetan literature information resource sharing system.
