摘　　要：随着改革的深化与发展,西藏进入了社会矛盾凸现期,并呈现出鲜明的地区性特点,具有复杂性和尖锐性。在建设和谐西藏过程中,应正视社会矛盾,建立健全解决社会矛盾的机制,加大社会矛盾排查调处的力度,为建设和谐西藏提供矛盾化解机制保障。With the further deepening and development of social reforms, Tibet has entered into a period of the appearance of social contradictions, with its apparent regional characteristics and its complexity. It is better to face social contradictions and set up sound settlement of social contractions system to guarantee the construction of harmonious Tibet.
