摘　　要：自体骨移植是骨缺损整复的常用方法。自体骨移植后的骨愈合涉及骨生成、血管生成和骨质改建等方面,很多学者进行了研究。本文就以上内容综述如下。Autogenous bone grafting is considered the standard in the management of bone defects. The incorporation of bone grafts is a complex series of events that involves osteogenesis, angiogenesis and remodeling of the construction. This article reviewed the research progresses in osteogenesis and angiogenesis of autogenous bone grafts.
