摘　　要：随着教育部对高校本科教学评估工作的开展,高校配备了一大批大型仪器设备,为了提高其使用效益,必须建立大型仪器设备效益评价和考核体系,设立实验室大型仪器设备基金,促进大型仪器设备对外有偿开放,优化和完善大型仪器设备的运行机制,做好实验技术队伍的建设,从而在制度、资金、管理和人员方面得到切实保障。In order to enhance the using efficiency of large-scale laboratory instrument we must establish an apparaisal and inspection system and set up some funds, and promote the paid service. At the same time, we must optimize and improve the mechanism about the large-scale laboratory instrument and equipment, and complete the building of experiment technical team. Only with those methods, we can obtain the practical guarantee in the system, the fund, the management and the personnel.
