摘　　要：确定能力标准是能力本位职业培训的前提条件，因此选择适当的开发能力标准的方法至关重要。功能分析法从上世纪80年代末开始在英国推广使用，它注重从职业活动的结果和目的对职业进行系统全面的分析，尽管这种方法还有一些问题尚待解决，但是它力图使能力培训和评估“可操作化”的做法仍可资借鉴。To determine capability standard is a prerequisite for competence-based vocational training, therefore, the selection of appropriate development method of capability standard is essential. Function analysis has been promoted in UK during the late 1980s. It paid attention to the result and the purpose of vocational activity, and conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis to career. Although this method had some problems yet to be resolved, the operational approach of ability training and assessment could still be reference.
