摘　　要：目前我国物流人才紧缺,而作为培养物流领域实用型技术人才的高职院校,在物流人才教育培养却面临着许多困难,本文对此进行了一定分析,并就高职院校物流人才教育培养模式作了一些探讨。　Nowadays the person with ability of logistics is lack tightly in China.The vocational college which develops the practical technicians in logistics realm faced many difficulties.This article analyzed these upward questions,and makes some studies on educated and development mode of the person with ability of logistics.
