摘  要:为了满足导弹测试设备通用化、系列化、模块化的要求,在导弹自动测试系统的设计中采用了CPCI总线技术和虚拟仪器测控技术,提出导弹自动测试软件的设计方案;讨论了自动测试系统的功能、硬件配置、软件模块化设计、软件流程和工作原理,设计开发了基于CPCI总线和虚拟仪器技术的导弹自动测试系统;该系统容错能力强,通用性好,操作简便,具有良好的可扩展性,实现了对导弹武器装备的模块化、快速化和自动化测试,对提高武器系统的可维修性和可靠性有重要意义。To realize a versatile, serialized and modularized missile' s auto-test system, the paper, in which a missile automated test system was introduced, applied the CPCI bus and the virtual instrument tech in the system's construction and designed the main mechanism of the test software. Having discussed the automated test system's basic function, hardware configuration, the flow and principle of software and the modularization, the paper finally developed this missile automated test system based on the CPCI bus and virtual instrument technology. The system, which holds a strong fault tolerant ability, good commonality, easy operation and fine expandability, had competently realized the automated, modularized and speed enhanced test of missiles, and also played an important role in enhancing maintainability and reliability of the weapon systems.
