番茄褐斑病菌产毒培养条件的研究

摘　　要：对番茄褐斑病菌产毒培养条件研究结果表明,不同培养方式、pH值、温度、光照条件、培养天数所制备的毒素毒力差异达显著,但不同培养基所制备的毒素毒力差异不显著。病菌最佳产毒条件为室温25℃,连续振荡,光照12 h,pH值为6,振荡培养15 d。The toxin production of Helminthosporiurn carposaprum was studied in different culture conditions, such as culture medium, light, temperature, pH value and shaking. It was appropriate for toxin production that pH value and temperature were 6 and 25℃ respectively with lightening for 12 h a day and continuous shaking culturing for 15 days.
