摘　　要：本文通过使用细菌内毒素检查法对注射用头孢哌酮钠进行细菌内毒素的检测研究，证明该药品排除干扰因素后，仍适宜用该法检测。This paper provides the bacterial endotoxins test for the determination of bacterial endotoxins that may be present in the sodium cefoperazone injection. The method is validated by the confirmation of LAL reagent sensitivity and the inhibition or enhancement test, and the results shown that the method is suitable for the tested drug.
