摘 要:分析了CPU散热片的成形工艺,并制定出有效的成形工艺:半封闭式冷模锻,开发出结构独特的模具。该模具利用自主研制开发的一套新型机械手送料,从而把连续模高速及材料利用率高的优点结合起来,形成特殊的"连续模"。同时,模具还具有其它新颖结构如:采用弹簧增大锻压力,延长保压时间,设计快换结构以利修模以及在切飞边工序中设计带有废屑处理的倒装模结构等。这套模具与传统模具相比,实现了机电一体化,提高效率,经济效益显著,其中一些设计理念对相关领域产品的制造,有一定借鉴作用。Forming process of cpu fin was analyzed in detail and effective way ,of forming was put forward. Semi-enclosed cold forging was designed. The mechanical arm was applied so that merit of high speed of the progressive die and the high material utilization ratio of the project die were combined. In addition to that, the die uses springs to increase the forging force and prolongs time that the press on the CPU fin in order to improve the forming quality. And designs such as the structure that disassembles quickly in order to rectify the die quickly, and the unique processing of the scrap structure were adopted. Compared with the traditional die, the mechanical-electrical integration was realized with efficiency and profit improvement. The experience is beneficial to other designers.
