摘　　要：在对我国铁路建设应用BOT模式的可行性进行分析的基础上,剖析了我国铁路BOT项目面临的主要风险,并运用模糊综合评判法对其进行了分析和评价,最后提出了应对措施。Based on the analysis of the feasibility of applying BOT to our railway construction,the author first analysises the main risk of our railway construction,then uses fuzzy synthetic evaluation to analyze and appraise it, and at last gives some advice.
