摘 要:目的:为了确保我国食品安全。方法:本研究引进应用了食品中苏丹红Ⅰ号的高效液相色谱测定方法,对测定方法中的色谱条件、流动相、操作方法以及方法的线性范围和最低检出量、精密度和准确度等方面进行了实验研究和改进。结果:方法最低检出限为0.01 mg/kg,加标回收率在91.3%~96.8%之间。结论:建立了简便、快速、灵敏、准确度高、精密度好的高效液相色谱定量测定方法。Objective:To ensure preventing the safety of food in China.Methods:The study introduce an analytical method to determine SudanⅠ in food by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Its experimental conditions,fluid medium,special specimens,methods linear range,minimum contents,precision,accuracy,currecy and application were investigated and improved.The best test conditions determining the Sudan Ⅰ were selected.Results:The determination limit was 0.01 mg/kg.Recoveries of the Sudan Ⅰadded to food sample were between 91.3%-96.8%.Conclusion:To set up an analytical method to determine SudanⅠ in food,which is of easiness,fastness,sensitivity,precision,accuracy.The method can be applyed to detecting SudanⅠ in food.
