摘　　要：本文在前人的理论基础上，针对我国人口稠密地带多金属矿存在的现实问题，推导了能揭示矿区资源开发中工艺、生态、社会价值的相互关系，并能反映采选生产经济因素的价值平衡方程，以及能对矿区开采效益进行全面评估的基本方程。In this paper, based on pioneer's concerned theory and according to the actual problems ex-isting in populous districts the author presents the value-balance equations in which the relations of the val-ues of technology, ecology and society during the resources exploitation in miming areas could be expound-ed, and fundamental equations through which the mining benefits could be all-roundly evaluated.
