微卫星标记与固始鸡及部分外来鸡种体型性状及屠体性状的相关分析  

Correlation between Microsatellite Loci for Some Phenotypic Traits and Slaughter Traits in Gushi Chicken and Partial Alien Chicken

摘　　要：选择与鸡体型参数和屠体性状紧密相关的10个微卫星位点,用变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析其与固始鸡5个系和4个非固始鸡品系共9个群体体型性状及屠体性状相关关系。结果表明:检测到4个标记(MCW0295、MCW0006、MCW0185、ADL0192)与5个性状(体重、胸宽、胸深、胫长、体斜长)存在显著相关,在各个群体中,标记MCW0295与体重相关比较显著,标记ADL0192与体斜长相关。在固始鸡群体中,标记MCW0006和MCW0185与体型性状各个性状相关比较显著。检测到3个标记分别与3个屠体性状存在不同程度的相关:在固始鸡原种、父母代中,标记MCW0295与胸肌率相关。在固始鸡原种和商品代中,标记MCW0006与全净膛率相关。在艾维茵鸡中,MCW0294与腿肌率相关。说明这些标记位点可能是控制特定性状的主效基因,或与控制性状的主效基因连锁。Eight microsatellite markers selected from the chicken Genbank were analysised for polymorphism in Gushi commercial line. The result suggested there were linkage among 4 markers and 5 phenotypic traits through least squares means. Linkage among marker MCW0295 and body weight was correlated significantly. Linkage among marker ADL0192 and body length was correlated significantly. In Gushi chicks, linkage among markers MCW0006 and MCW0185 and 5 phenotypic traits were correlated significantly. There were linkage among 3 markers and 3 slaughter traits through least squares means. Linkage among marker MCW0295 and chest muscule percentage was correlate significantly in pure line and parental breeds of Gushi chicks. Linkage among marker MCW0006 and eviscerated rate in pure line and commercial breeds of Gushi chicks. Linkage among markers MCW0294 thigh muscule rate was correlated significantly in Avin broiler.
