摘 要:目的白内障超声乳化过程中空化泡的形成可在房水内产生羟自由基,本文旨在检测羟自由基的产生与超声乳化时间的关系。方法羟自由基的检测采用碘离子(I3-)吸收法,将超声乳化头置于碘化钾溶液中,检测自由基的产生量与超声乳化时间的关系。结果溶液中I3-浓度与超声乳化时间呈线性增加关系,甘露醇可降低I3-浓度。结论羟自由基的产生与超声乳化时间呈正相关,这可能是白内障超声乳化造成眼组织损伤的原因之一。Objective To detect the relation between phacoemulsification time and hydroxyl( · OH ) radicals which produced with the formation of cavitation bubble during phacoemtdsification in aqueous media. Methods ·OH was assayed with measuring absorbance of triiodide ( I3^- ) in a potassium iodide (KI) solution exposed to phacoemulsiflcation. The relationship between radical production and phacoemulsification time was evaluated. Results I3^ - concentration increased linearly with total phacoemulsification time and decreased with mannitol. Conclusion ·OH was produced during phacoemulsification in relation to phacoemulsification time. This may be one of the reasons why phacoemulsiflcation can produce eye tissue damages during phacoemulsification.
