摘　　要：目的:探讨精索囊性淋巴管瘤的临床病理特点与诊治方法。方法:回顾1例71岁老年精索囊性淋巴管瘤行右精索淋巴管瘤切除术的临床资料,并复习有关文献。结果:患者痊愈出院,术后随访3个月无复发,病理诊断为囊性淋巴管瘤。免疫组化:CD31+。结论:精索淋巴管瘤是一种良性肿瘤,主要症状为精索局部包块伴有阴囊部坠胀不适。完善术前辅助检查及体检对明确诊断十分重要,手术治疗效果理想,预后良好。Objective： To investigate the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis and treatment of cystic lymphangioma of the spermatic cord. Methods： One case of cystic lymphangioma of the spermatic cord in a 71-year-old patient was retrospectively analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results： The patient, presented with spermatic cord hydrocele, was treated by local excision of the tumor, which was pathologically diagnosed as cystic lymphangioma. No relapse was found during a 3-month follow-up after the operation. Conclusion： Lymphangioma of the spermatic cord is a benign tumor. Preoperation ultrasonography and CT are important for determining the location and nature of lymphangioma. Surgical excision is an effective option for the treatment of cystic lymphangioma of the spermatic cord.
