摘 要:为了研究不同类型沥青混合料发生级配离析后体积特性的变化规律,针对三种常见类型沥青混合料设计了变异级配组,然后应用Hudson法分析了各级配组沥青混合料的矿料间隙率的变化规律,并通过试验验证了分析结果。研究发现不同类型沥青混合料具有不同的VMA中心级配。级配通过率的相同变化,会给不同级配沥青混合料带来不同程度的VMA及其相关性能的改变。因此对沥青路面混合料离析程度的控制,采用统一的通过率控制指标并不一定合适。Bulk property change by segregation of asphalt mixtures was studied.In order to find VMA change of different types of mixtures after segregation,three gradation groups of mixtures were designed that each group represents one type of asphalt mixture.Then,VMA changes of different types of mixtures were analyzed by Hudson method and verified through tests.The study indicates that different types of asphalt mixtures have their center-gradations associated with VMA respectively.Gradations around the distinct center-gradations have varying degrees of changes in VMA.Because the equal change in gradation would make different change in asphalt mixture performance,it is not sufficient to restrict grading envelope within fixed limits for segregation control.
