新疆维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌中hTERT、p33^(ING1)的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生长抑制基因表达的蛋白p33ING1和端粒酶逆转录酶催化亚单位(hTERT)在新疆维吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌石蜡组织中的表达及二者的相互关系。方法:应用免疫组化Envision法检测宫颈浸润性鳞癌52例、宫颈上皮内瘤变35例患者中p33ING1和hTERT的表达,并与正常宫颈13例进行对照。结果:①对照组,CINII、I级组,CINIII级组和SCC组中p33ING1阳性率分别为84.6%,90%,64%,19.2%,SCC组中表达明显下降,与前三组之间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);②四组中hTERT阳性率分别为15.4%,70%,96%,100%,宫颈癌组织中表达明显增高,各组之间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);③p33ING1和hTERT的表达呈负相关(p<0.05),但它们的表达均和癌组织的分化程度无显著差异。结论:新疆维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌组织中p33ING1表达明显下降,而hTERT表达明显增加,二者之间有一定的相关性,同时检测二者的表达,有助于宫颈癌的早期诊断。Objective： To study the clinical signification of p33^ING1 and hTERT in paraffin tissue of cerxical squamous carcinomatous of Uygur female in XinJiang and the relationship between theirs. Methods： Using envision immunohistochemical method, the expression level of p33^ING1 and hTERT was examined in 52 cases of cervix cancer, 35 cases CIN group , and 13 cases of control group. Results： 1 ,p33^ING1 expression in CINⅠ-Ⅱ group and control group was positive （90% and 84.6%） and the expression in SCC group was significantly lower （19.2%） than that in the other groups （p 〈 0.05）; 2,hTERT expression in control group was negetive （15.4%）, and the expression in SCC group was significantly higher（ 100% ）than that in the other groups（ p 〈 0.05）; 3, p33^ING1 expression in cervix is low and p33^ING1 is related to hTERT expression in cerviex tissue, but their expression is not related to tumorous differentiation. Conclusion： p33^ING1 expression in cervix carcinoma is low and hTERT expression is high, and their expression is related each other in Uygur female in Sinkiang, examinination of p33^ING1 and hTERT is help for early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.
