摘　　要：5月25日、7月25日,中国人民银行福州中心支行在福建省开展了两次"百行千户"支付结算业务调查。调查分析目前福建省各商业银行网点排长队的主要原因。本文根据调查结果对改善支付结算服务,提升业务水平和质量提出了相关建议。It's investigated 'a hundred banks and a thousand customers' Payment and Settlement Service twice by Fuzhou Central Sub-branch of People's Bank of China in Fujian Province. They analyze the main reason for 'long line' at commercial banks in Fujian Province, and suggest that they would do better Payment and Settlement Service, and improve the level and quality of business.
