摘　　要：对产业集群竞争力进行定量评价,是产业集群研究中的一个非常重要的理论与现实问题。本文首先解析了目前最有影响的产业集群竞争力评价 GEM 模型,然后,通过对产业集群竞争力本质特征的分析,指出了该模型存在的缺陷,从创新网络的视角提出了一种以 GEM 模型为母体架构的评价产业集群竞争力的改进模型——GEMN 模型,并探讨了 GEMN 模型的结构、组成及其量化处理等问题。The quantitative evaluation on industrial cluster＇ s competitiveness has been a very important theoretical and practical problem of the research on industrial cluster. Firstly, this text parses the GEM model of evaluation on industrial cluster＇ s competitiveness of which is the most influencing model at present. Then, by analyzing the essential characteristics of industrial cluster＇s competitiveness, it points out the limitations of GEM model, and establishes the GEMN model at the angle of innovative hetwork which is the amelioration model of evaluation on industrial cluster＇ s competitiveness based on the GEM model. It also discusses the structure and composing of GEMN model and their quantificational treatments.
