摘　　要：目的提高护士学法、守法、用法的意识,减少医疗纠纷,提高护理质量。方法采用集体和个人相结合的形式轮流组织护士参与处理医疗纠纷。结果医疗纠纷减少,护理质量得到提高。结论护士参与医疗纠纷的处理可减少医疗纠纷,提高护理质量,达到事半功倍的效果。Objective To enhance nurses＇ consciousness to study, obey, and use the law, reduce medical dispute, and improve the quality of nursing. Method Collective and individualized means were used by turn to organize nurses to participate in the process of dealing with medical dispute. Results This practice reduced medical dispute and improved the quality of nursing. Conclusion Providing opportunities for nurses to participate in the process of dealing with medical dispute can reduce medical dispute and improve the quality of nursing.
