鼻咽癌病变过程中DNA依赖蛋白激酶表达水平的相关研究

摘　　要：目的研究鼻咽癌病变过程中DNA依赖蛋白激酶(DNA-PKcs)表达规律。方法在鼻咽癌高发区,选择鼻咽炎患者30例、鼻咽上皮细胞不典型增生或化生患者42例及鼻咽癌患者34例作为研究对象,免疫组化检测患者鼻咽组织DNA-PKcs的表达水平。结果鼻咽炎、鼻咽上皮细胞不典型增生或化生及鼻咽癌患者鼻咽组织DNA-PKcs的表达水平分别是6.7%、64.3%、55.9%(P<0.001),依据病理分级严重程度的不同,DNA-PKcs呈现不同的表达水平。结论DNA-PKcs在鼻咽癌变过程中可能发挥一定的作用。Objective To observe the expression of DNA-dependent protein kinase （DNA-PKcs）in the nasopharyngeal tissue during carcinogenesis. Methods Patients including 30 cases of nasopharyngitis, 42 cases of nasopharyngeal precancerous lesion and 34 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） were chosen from Zhongshan area in which there is high incidence rate of NPC. The expression of DNA-PKes in the nasopharyngeal tissue was examined by immunohistoehemistry. Results The expression rate of DNA-PKcs in the nasopharyngitis tissue, the nasopharyngeal precancerous lesion and the NPC was 6. 7% , 64. 3% and 55. 9% respeetively（P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The expression of DNA-dependent protein kinase may play an important role in nasopharyngeal tissue carcinogenesis.
