椎管内脊髓外占位性病变针吸活检的临床价值

摘　　要：我们对４８例临床考虑为脊髓压迫症的病人，经脊髓造影确定为椎管内脊髓外占位病变的定位诊断，采用穿刺针经皮进行了椎管内脊髓外占位性病变的穿刺活检。阳性结果４４例，诊断正确率为９１．６７％。本法操作简单、安全、侵袭小、病人痛苦少、阳性检出率高。最后对穿刺针和穿刺部位的选择及其临床意义进行了讨论。X ray guided needle aspiration biopsy of the extramedullispinal mass disease in the vertebral canal was performed in 48 patients.The fixed position diagnosis of extramedullispinal mass disease in the vertebral canal may be defined by myelograph.The positive results were obtained in 44 patients.The positive rate was 91 67%。This method has such advantages as simple and easy operation,safety and high detection rate.Problems concerning the selection of needles,location for puncture and its clinical significance were discussed.
