摘 要:传统的热控设计以满足工艺要求为目的,基本不考虑容错,热控设备出现故障时常会导致机组跳闸。通过对火力发电厂开关量控制系统的分析,探讨逻辑优化的基本方法。提出在热控设计中引入容错逻辑设计思路,采用对单点保护引入故障鉴别信号、坏信号剔除等逻辑优化方法,提高热控保护系统的可靠性;介绍了运用逻辑代数对复杂逻辑图和复杂开关量控制进行分析和简化的逻辑优化方法。The traditional I&C design was based on the process control with less fault-tolerant, as a result, the malfunction of control equipment usually resulted in the tripping of power unit. The basic method of logic optimization for on-off control system in thermal power plant was discussed. The fault-tolerant logic design was proposed to use in I&C design to improve the reliability of control system, which was based on the fault diagnosis and the bad signal suppression. As a logic optimization method, the Boolean algebra was introduced for the analysis and simplification of complicated logic diagram and on-off control system.
