摘 要:目的采用1h五肽胃泌素胃液分析法取代传统的2h胃液分析法,缩短胃液抽吸时间,提高工作效率.方法对52例受试者进行胃液分析.男24例,女28例,年龄20-68岁,平均48岁.采用常规的胃液分析法持续抽吸胃液2h,分别用2h法和1h法对同一受试者进行测定.2种测定结果进行对比.统计学方法采用t检验;直线相关;回归分析.结果1h法:BAO=518±337,MAO=1196±618,PAO=1457±750.2h法:BAO=532±386,MAO=1167±623,PAO=1456±697.结论1h胃液分析法胃液抽吸时间缩短,结果和2h法相同.AIM One_hour gastric secretion analysis with pentagastrin was used to replace the 2h gastric secretion analysis. METHODS Gastric secretion test was performed in 42 patients and 10 normal cotrols (24 men, 28 women), aged 20-69 years (mean 48 years). Conventional method for gastric analysis was used to aspirate the juice for 2 hours continuously. The specimens of the gastric juice were determined by both the 1h and 2h methods. The results were compared between the two methods. Student's t test, linear correlation and linear regression were used for statistical analysis. RESULTS 2h method: BAO=5 32±3 86, MAO=11 67±6 32, PAO=14 56±6 97. 1h method: BAO=5 18±3 37, MAO=11 96±6 18, PAO=14 57±7 50 There was no significant diffrence between the two methods (P>0 05). CONCLUSION By using the 1h method the aspiraction time of gastric juice is shortened and its results are similar to the 2h method.
